Our story

Thai Notary was founded in 2015 in Khon Kaen by a team of attorneys who had spent years watching expats struggle with the same problem — every K-1 packet, every retirement-visa renewal, every property purchase required a Thai lawyer who could speak the client's language and also stand in front of an embassy officer in Bangkok. Most law firms in the Isan region only spoke Thai, and most international firms only operated out of Bangkok. We built the bridge.

Ten years later we have closed more than 1,200 K-1 / CR-1 / IR-1 cases — many of them for USAF Vietnam-era veterans who have retired in Udon Thani — plus thousands of MFA legalizations, marriage and divorce filings, property transfers, and bilingual wills. Our office in central Khon Kaen is open daily 08:00–20:00, and our LINE channel replies within 30 minutes.
